What is the motivation for this pull request?
Improve slash-command discovery and selection in the chat TUI by replacing inline autocomplete with an explicit command menu under the input.
What is the current behavior?
Slash commands rely on inline text input suggestions, which makes available commands and filtering behavior less visible.
What is the new behavior?
Typing a slash command now shows a dedicated CommandMenu below the input, filters matching commands as you type, submits the selected command, and includes updated tests for the new interaction.
